MGCS is a generic customer support program consisting of
both a 32 Bit Microsoft Windows based application and a
set of web page interfaces which can be hosted on any web
server able to server Active Server Pages (.asp) such as
Microsoft's IIS. The backend database is a Microsoft
formatted .mdb file, however, Microsoft Access is not
