MacGPS Pro can be software intended for communicating with Tracking Receivers plus viewing your position on shifting digital charts and nautical charts. All of these images can be looked at with no Gps navigation receiver associated or utilised in real-time as a moving-map show of your present position and swiftness.
- It allows transfer of mapping from a range of sources with the following platforms: TIFF (TIF), JPEG (JPG), GIF, PNG, PICT, BMP, Photoshop (PSD), SGI, TGA, and even (in The gw990 X) Pdf file.
- It imports Nautical Arrangements in Softcharts (NOS) as well as Maptech (BSB v.1, v.Three, v.A few, v.Contemplate, v.Five) format.
- It supports NMEA 0183 input from all serial vent, Bluetooth, not to mention USGlobalSat USB receivers. Waypoints, Routes, Tracklogs will be graphically generated and even edited as replacements on the Apple pc, or for send to and from Garmin Serial Dock and Thumbs Receivers, and even Magellan Serial Harbour receivers.
- MacGPS Professional player shows your personal position on bing Maps.
- It imports Waypoints because of USGS Geographic Place Identify files and .LOC files. It again imports and exports waypoints, channels, and tracklogs inside the GPX interchange format applied by Geocachers.
- It reveals Elevation Styles
